Neewollah Trip 2

By far my favorite picture of Neewollah week is the one of Robert and Evelyn. Talk about a Daddy's Girl!! She loves her daddy and I can all ready tell that she has him wrapped! The sight of it just makes me melt! Coming from a Daddy's Girl, I know how special the bond is and I am so glad that my little girl is going to get the chance to have one awesome relationship with her hero!
My Daddy and Mom came down to enjoy our little town festival for the day. The kids had a blast!! The only downer is that my camera ran out of batteries at the beginning of our time!! I missed the best shot..my mom and son went on the super slide...it was so incredibly cute!! Oh well, I guess ther are somethings you have to just use your memory for!

Neewollah Trip 1

This was Johnathon's second time to visit our Neewollah town festival and Evelyn's first...they had a blast!! I'll just let the pics speak for themselves.

My Bucket List

I was talking to a friend the other day about our "bucket list" and what we have or haven't done. I've been skydiving, swam with dolphins (gift from my hubby) and other things that were on my list, but I can tell you that I have a little over a page to still conquer.

Then, on the same day, this becomes ironic to me because all of a sudden I see my kids get into two buckets to have their daddy push them around and it hits me...there's my bucket list. So, if I don't get to do all the things on my list I have truely got to have what has mattered most....my husband and my kids. What an amazing adventure. So here are a few pics of my bucket list!

Riding Horses

Both of our kids love riding horses, so at the Pumpkin patch - when we knew it was an option - of course we stood in line for the tickets and got our kids on them. It wouldn't suprize me if we don't wind up in FFH the way the both of them adore anything that has four legs:).

Adorable Cute Baby!

This is a dear friend of our family. Judah. Isn't he just precious!! He seemed to have just as much fun at the pumpkin patch even when he's just watching;).

Pumpkin Patch with our COUSINS!!

My brother met us with his family at the Bixby Pumpkin Patch! My son couldn't pick a better gift then hanging with his cousins, which is exactly how we like it. I can't wait to see how close they are as they grow up! Here's some pics of our cuties, the best gifts we could have ever wished for!

Our Break

Just wanted to share a couple more of these!:)

The Horse

Our little girl just adores her big brother. He loves her too - he's just not as blunt about it:). We found this beautiful rocking horse at Silver Dollar City outside one of their fantastic craft shops. I would have never guessed these would be my favorite pics of the trip! They just loved it!

Taking a Break in Branson

I had no idea how much I really needed a break, but just after leaving the house and getting on the road - I looked over at my husband grabbed his hand and thought - man I'm so blessed to get a chance to take a break, breath and just enjoy the gifts God has given. Why does it so often take me getting a chance to "get away" to change my perspective? Taking a deep breath and doing nothing (not answering the phone, no laundry, cleaning, work - well you get the idea) I have come back refreshed and with a new joy about the daily do's of life.
Here are a few pics of us playing at the Fun House of Branson. We did have Fun!

Saying Goodbye to Summer with a Splash

We went to the pool for the last day on Sunday - I couldn't believe it was all ready time for them to start shutting everything down! Evelyn and Johnathon both had a great time. The whale was a hit as big brother was pushing around his little sister. It is such an overwhelming since of joy to see them laughing and playing together.
