My wonderful husband has a fantastic plan that I have just fallen in love with. Every 7 days we don't talk about work..nothing..nada...not even a little. We just have family time and enjoy. Every 7 weeks we go out- just him and I - and the same rules apply. Then every 7 months we take a vacation..no matter big or small just to get away. One with the family then the next by ourselves..so basically we will have 1 family vacation and 1 us vacation a year. It seems like such small goals - but let me tell you how much it's all ready changed me. This past Friday was our first day off (day 7). It was amazing! I don't know if it's just knowing that we're taking a break or just my mindset it purely focused on my family, but it really made a difference. We had a blast! I noticed a big difference in the kids too, just wanting to talk and cuddle. These are pics from Friday at the Caney Park. Let me tell you this 7-7-7 Rule is sticking in our house! WE LOVE IT!
